We are a fast-growing BIM outsourcing and consulting firm supporting architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) clients with modeling, coordination, and documentation services. With increasing demand across UAE & Saudi Arabia, we are expanding our outbound sales efforts.
We’re looking for a driven Outbound Sales Executive who will take ownership of prospecting, outreach, and lead generation for BIM outsourcing projects in the UAE & Saudi Arabia region. This role is targeted—your focus will be to identify potential clients, engage decision-makers, and qualify opportunities for our business development and technical team to convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new projects through:
- Construction news, tender portals, and city signboards
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator & industry networks
- Build and maintain a target list of prospects (consultants, contractors, developers, PMCs).
- Connect with Procurement Managers, Project Managers, QS, and Design Leads on LinkedIn.
- Send personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups to extract client contacts (emails & mobile numbers).
- Maintain outreach cadence via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
- Qualify prospects by gathering project details, scope, budget indications.
- Pass on qualified leads to the business development/technical team for quotation & closing.
- Keep CRM/Excel sheet updated daily with leads, status, and next actions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in B2B outbound sales (construction/engineering/outsourcing preferred).
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting skills (Sales Navigator experience preferred).
- Basic understanding of construction industry roles and project lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Persistent, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.
- Based in UAE or Saudi Arabia, with knowledge of local AEC ecosystem.
Growth Path
This role is focused on outbound lead generation now, but high performers can transition into full BD/Account Management roles within 12–18 months, including handling quotations, negotiations, and managing a small sales team.
