Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, specializing in the sale of our high-quality roof tiles. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating new business opportunities with roofing contractors, builders, architects, and distributors. Key Responsibilities
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with prospective and current customers, including roofing contractors, home builders, and architectural firms.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our market share in the roof tile industry.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through job site visits, industry events, networking, and developing relationships with key players in the construction sector.
- Present, promote, and sell our range of roof tiles, providing technical information, product samples, and compelling arguments to prospective clients.
- Conduct on-site assessments and measurements to provide accurate quotes and product recommendations.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales efforts with our internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and provide regular status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices, new construction trends, and developments in roofing technology.
- Continuously improve through feedback and professional development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Arabic speaking is Mandatory. ( Because you will be dealing with locals)
- Minimum 2 years UAE work experience as an Outdoor Sales Representative, preferably in the building materials, construction, or roofing industry.
- A track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
- Knowledge of roofing products and the construction process is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs, from contractors to architects.
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must have a valid UAE driver's license.
