We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Club Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restobar's club outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, manage staff performance, maintain high operational standards, and contribute to a vibrant and welcoming club atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the club outlet.
- Lead the front-of-house team to ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and overall performance.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with inventory control, stock levels, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Monitor music, lighting, and overall ambiance to align with the brand experience.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and company policies.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance performance and guest satisfaction.
- Support promotional events, theme nights, and marketing initiatives in the outlet.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in a supervisory role in a club, bar, or restobar.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Certifications in F&B service, first aid, or health & safety are a plus.
- Knowledge of current nightlife trends and club operations.
