About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join the F&B Service (Madam Li) team in Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Oversee full restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, policy compliance, and delivery of exceptional service.
- Maintain strong guest relations, review feedback regularly, and uphold professional grooming standards across the team.
- Drive consistent implementation of Jumeirah F&B standards and take corrective action where needed.
- Monitor outlet profitability, identify operational gaps, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
- Lead team development through training, coaching, and performance management to achieve departmental goals.
- Represent the restaurant in all aspects during the absence of senior leadership, including financials and escalations.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a fine-dining standalone/branded restaurant. Pan-Asian Cuisine is a plus.
- Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
- Good financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and increasing profitability.
- Experience leading a multi-cultural team.
