- 5-10 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or related industries in UAE.
The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, presenting company services, and securing new projects for interior fit-out, renovation, and building construction works. The role involves regular client visits, market research, relationship building, and negotiation to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out and construction sector.
- Conduct regular site and office visits to prospective clients such as consultants, architects, real estate companies, property developers, facility management companies, and end-users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals to convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain excellent client relations to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand the company’s client base.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new project developments.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Collect client feedback to improve service offerings.
Coordination & Documentation:
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Ensure timely submission of tender documents, pre-qualifications, and necessary paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM or internal systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 5-10 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or related industries in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate, construction, and interior design market.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred or mandatory as per company policy).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic documentation.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and achieve sales targets.
- Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
