We’re looking for an Arabic-speaking BDR to join our team in Dubai. This role is a hybrid mix of business development and account management—perfect if you love both the thrill of the hunt and the art of relationship-building.
👀 What You’ll Be Doing:

🧩 Source, pitch, and close new small-business deals via outbound calling, email, and social selling

💡 Consult with merchants to understand their goals and tailor impactful marketing campaigns

🤝 Manage and grow relationships with your accounts post-signing

📊 Understand the full business picture: customer base, margins, market position, and potential

💬 Negotiate win-win partnerships that drive real results—for merchants and Groupon

📈 Meet or exceed ambitious sales and revenue goals

🤝 Collaborate with our Merchant Success team to ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing results
💪 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Native or business-fluent Arabic speaker, with strong English

✅ 2–3 years in B2B sales, ideally with inside/phone-based selling

✅ Experience in relationship/account management a big plus

✅ Track record of exceeding quotas, negotiating deals, and driving business growth

✅ You're coachable, resilient, and resourceful—you love a challenge and learn from feedback

✅ You take ownership of your pipeline and performance

✅ You’re structured, curious, and persuasive—able to connect with diverse business owners

✅ CRM experience (like Salesforce) is a bonus
