We are looking for a skilled Paint Shop In-Charge to lead our paint operations at DLUXE, specializing in high-end automotive detailing, polishing, and paint protection.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily paint shop operations, ensuring top-quality finishes and adherence to standards.
Manage workflow, assign tasks, and monitor productivity for paint technicians.
Oversee color matching, mixing, and paint application processes.
Ensure safety procedures, cleanliness, and proper equipment maintenance.
Conduct quality control inspections before vehicle delivery.
Maintain inventory of paint materials and related supplies.
Coordinate with Operations, Polishing, and PPF teams for seamless service flow.
Requirements:
Experience in automotive painting (Premium/luxury car experience).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team.
Knowledge of modern painting techniques, materials, and tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering showroom-quality work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
