What You’ll Do- Lead and manage a team of restaurant partner training specialists across UAE and Jordan.
- Own the end-to-end partner training journey, ensuring restaurants go live within SLA and are equipped to succeed from day one.
- Collaborate with technology teams and third-party vendors (e.g., Foodics, Grubtech, Deliverect) to facilitate and support successful API integrations.
- Support the rollout and operational adoption of key product features such as auto order acceptance, fallback protocols, and menu syncing.
- Drive adoption of Sunmi devices and the Careem native restaurant app, ensuring partners are trained, enabled, and operationally stable.
- Develop scalable training materials, SOPs, and resources tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Forecast and manage procurement of training and operational devices, coordinating logistics for timely deployment.
- Contribute to market expansion and new region launches, ensuring readiness from a training and enablement perspective.
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant onboarding, or partner success — preferably in food delivery, logistics, or marketplace environments.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and working across multiple geographies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
