-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably in Automobile
-Certification in data analytics is an advantage
Languages Required
- Good command of English language, both oral & written skills.
- Arabic/French is an advantage
Skills Requirement
- Strong communication and presentation skills (for training delivery)
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel or data visualization capability
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and order fulfilment cycles
- Customer service orientation and solution-driven approach
- UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Description
- Have vehicle commercial knowledge
- Coordinate daily parts ordering with Distributors.
- Manage backorders information and ensure prompt communication with concerned departments and distributors.
- Handle inquiries related to availability, pricing, ordering, and technical specifications etc.
- Support pricing, campaign launches, and availability planning in line with business objectives.
- Analyse historical and current sales/order data to identify market trend.
- Identify emerging market trends and provide insights for promotional planning.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to internal teams and distributors on parts systems, catalogue usage, and new product lines.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical and commercial support to distributors for order planning and system navigation.
