We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Parent Relations Executive to join the team at ESM and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our holiday camps and maintaining strong, positive relationships with parents.

You’ll be the go-to person for inquiries, registrations, and coordination with schools, suppliers, and internal teams, all while ensuring each camp delivers a consistent, high-quality experience. Key Objectives
- Help grow the number of customers and camp locations
- Boost the quality of camps through varied activities and improved staff training to increase customer retention
- Support the department in achieving business targets and meeting budget expectations

Desired Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration
- UAE Driving License

- Experience in operations and logistics management

- Local knowledge of the UAE and regional sports landscape
