Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid advertising efforts across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and more. This role is not just about running ads, it’s about crafting campaigns that convert, tracking real results, and continuously optimizing based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute full-funnel paid ad campaigns with proven KPIs.
- Launch and scale performance-driven campaigns with clear, measurable success (ROAS, leads, conversions, CPA, etc.).
- Optimize creatives, audiences, and placements to improve performance week over week.
- Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and use insights to iterate campaigns.
- Create monthly reporting decks that demonstrate campaign impact and growth.
What We’re Looking For
- A track record of successful campaigns across multiple industries or brands.
- Strong grasp of ad platforms and their back-end tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Analytical mindset—comfortable reading data, identifying trends, and adjusting strategy.
- Ability to work with creative teams to build ad visuals and copy that perform.
