Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Perfume Promoter to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi on a long-term part-time basis. The role involves engaging customers, demonstrating niche fragrances, and driving sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and represent the company’s niche perfume brands in retail outlets, malls, and promotional events.
- Actively approach customers, introduce products, and provide fragrance testing experiences.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance sales and brand loyalty.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain product displays, counters, and promotional areas to company standards.
- Report customer feedback, sales trends, and competitor activity to the supervisor/retail manager.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and represent the brand with professionalism.
- Support the retail team during peak hours, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a promoter, sales associate, fragrance consultant preferred (retail background is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage different types of customers.
- Passion for perfumes, beauty, and luxury retail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays if required).
- Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

- Compensation: Base salary + attractive sales commission (to be discussed during the interview).
