Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
- Organize complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, documents, and take minutes as needed; follow up on action items.
- Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, research, and project tracking.
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Manage and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop engaging content (captions, visuals, short videos, stories, etc.) aligned with brand voice and strategy.
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, messages, and comments.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Assist with branding, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other creatives for content creation.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and integrity.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar/email management tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel or work irregular hours, if needed.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles is a plus.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
