We are currently seeking a female personal assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to perform basic tasks using a computer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments and schedule meetings
- Handle email correspondence and basic document preparation
- Assist with office tasks and daily coordination
- Perform simple operations using MS Office and web-based tools
Requirements:
- Female candidate
- Basic proficiency in computers (email, Word, Excel, browsing)
- Good communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with online tools and office workflows
