- Supervise a team of pest control technicians and ensure work is performed safely, effectively, and on schedule.
- Conduct site inspections to identify pest problems and assess treatment effectiveness.
- Develop and implement pest control strategies tailored to specific locations and pest types.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate pest control technicians; conduct performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and inventory of chemicals and equipment.
- Schedule routine maintenance, inspections, and treatments across client or facility sites.
- Respond to emergency pest control issues and provide on-site guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, sanitation, operations) to develop integrated pest management (IPM) programs.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and new pest control methods.
