Position: Studio Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Reports To: Owner/Director
A new LAGREE & Pilates studio is looking for an experienced and motivated manager to handle day-to-day operations.
Job Overview:
The Studio Manager will oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both clients and staff. This role requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and customer service skills to maintain the studio's growth, reputation, and overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Studio Operations: Manage day-to-day operations including class schedules, instructor coordination, and studio maintenance.
- Client Relations: Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of instructors and administrative staff. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Financial Management: Handle billing, payroll, and budget tracking. Monitor studio revenue, expenses, and profitability, reporting to the owner/director as needed.
- Facility Management: Oversee cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance. Ensure the studio adheres to all health and safety regulations.
- Administrative Duties: Handle client inquiries, bookings, and cancellations. Maintain client records and manage studio software systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in studio management software (e.g., MindBody, WellnessLiving)
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of Pilates (certification preferred but not required)
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a studio or fitness management role
- Experience managing a team and working within a client-facing environment
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email communication, and social media platforms
