Photo Studio is looking for a motivated Studio Coordinator & Sales Executive to manage photo sessions, support production, and bring in new clients. The ideal candidate has a background in photography studios, understands Photoshop and lighting, and is confident in client-facing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Studio & Production
- Coordinate and manage all photo/video sessions in the studio.
- Assist with lighting setup and photo gear when needed.
- Prepare shot lists, styling notes, and production schedules.
- Organize and manage digital files on Mac (Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One).
Editing & Creative Support
- Perform basic Photoshop editing (retouching, resizing, background cleanup).
- Assist with design tasks for client previews and social media content.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots.
Sales & Client Relations
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and client meetings.
- Convert leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and ads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain CRM records and track client history.
- Upsell add-on services (video, extra hours, editing packages).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in a photo/video studio.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, other progroms.
- Understanding of studio lights & setups (training can be provided).
- Strong sales & communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Organized, creative, and client-focused.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
