- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of pipe crews on-site.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Oversee installation of various piping systems (water, sewer, storm drainage, etc.).
- Ensure all work is performed according to safety regulations and project standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors.
- Manage materials, equipment, and labor to maintain project schedules.
- Train and mentor crew members, ensuring productivity and quality workmanship.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Complete daily reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
