We are currently seeking a Planning Manager for our client, a contracting company under an established developer based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the planning and scheduling of large-scale construction projects, including residential, high-rise, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, monitor, and update project schedules - Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely progress. - Analyse project performance and prepare progress reports. - Identify potential delays and recommend mitigation strategies. - Support the project management team in claims, variations, and resource planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Extensive experience in planning with a top contracting company - Proven track record working on residential, high-rise, and mixed-use projects. - Proficiency in construction project management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Candidates with European experience or background are encouraged to apply.
