Job Description:
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Playground Attendant to join our Kids Club team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and is dedicated to creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for play.
As a Playground Attendant, you will supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensure safety rules are followed, and assist with basic activities and group games. Your presence will help foster a joyful and secure space where kids can learn, play, and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise children during playtime and ensure their safety at all times.
- Guide children in using playground equipment properly and safely.
- Engage kids in group games and fun physical activities.
- Assist in organizing and tidying play areas and toys.
- Monitor behavior and encourage positive social interaction.
- Communicate with parents or guardians when needed in a friendly and professional manner.
- Report any concerns, incidents, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children (play area, daycare, school, or similar setting) is preferred.
- Energetic, friendly, and patient personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay alert, active, and responsible during supervision.
- Basic First Aid certification is a plus.
Preferred:
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development through play.
- Ability to manage small groups and handle minor conflicts positively.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
