SymphonyAI is seeking an experienced and strong Presales Consultant who is enthusiastic about selling ITSM/ESM/ITAM/Service Automation/Agentic AI/Co-Pilot business solutions and shall work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that address customer needs and act a sales expert who lays the groundwork to acquire customers and support clients throughout the sales process.
Pre-Sales consultant primary focus shall be prospecting, responding to RFPs, developing proposals, technical compliance, presentations, demo to customers and selling SUMMITAI’s solutions along with focus on research and validation. Candidate should possess excellent technical, sales negotiations, and relationship-building skills to exceed the sales performance target.

Job description:
- Strong customer focus and ability to drive technical solutions quickly and effectively that meet customer requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate ITSM/ESM/ITAM/Service Automation/Agentic AI/Co-Pilot products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
- Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for Presentations, demo and POCs.
- Staying current on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the solutions including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.
- Proficiency in understanding, managing, and executing Sales process and planning. Should be well versed with Strategic Account planning and management.
- Assisting the sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis.
- Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via WebEx.
- Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environment(s).
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s.
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
- Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.
- Work closely with the Development and Implementation team to provide the right solution to the customer.
- Would need to travel in the region to meet customers/partners.
- Self-motivated who is excited about technology and willing to innovate.
Qualifications:
- ITIL V3/2011 proficiency or Expert certified with Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
- Min 8+ years of Presales experience in ITSM/ESM/ITAM/Service Automation/Agentic AI/Co-Pilot solutions like Service Now, BMC, Fresh Service, Manage Engine.
- Hands-on experience on Tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Fresh Service, Manage Engine, etc. is desirable.
- Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new technology.
- Technical understanding of Infra, network and DB concepts.
- Functional knowledge of scripting and application development technologies like Java, .Net, JavaScript, etc.
- Worked in bid and presales environments with experience of large scale ServiceNow bids.
- Experience of supporting a sales team to win new business in new and existing accounts.
- You have strong problem solving and prioritisation skills.
- You have strong presentation skills.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
