Role & Responsibilities
Government Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between the company/clients and government authorities, including ministries, immigration, and labor offices. Facilitate and manage all communications with local government departments.
Document Processing: Prepare, submit, and track various applications and documents, such as visas, work permits, residency permits, and company licenses. Ensure all company-related documentation is renewed and updated on time.
Compliance Management: Monitor changes in government regulations and ensure company policies remain compliant with legal requirements. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and documentation related to government processes.
Administrative Support: Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including managing visa and work permit applications. Address employee-related governmental issues and disputes, providing effective resolutions.
Requisites:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a PRO or in a similar role within the UAE.
- Proven expertise in managing governmental procedures and regulations.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration processes, and business compliance standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Languages - English & Arabic Mandatory (Speaking & Reading)
Immediate Joiners Are preferred.
