Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all visa, labor card, and Emirates ID processes, plus related documentation and government coordination.
- Liaise with government departments such as MOL, MOHRE, DED, Immigration, Dubai Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, and other related authorities.
- Facilitate mainland and free zone company formations, including preparation and submission of all required documents for jurisdictions like DMCC, DAFZA, JAFZA, RAK ICC, Sharjah Airport Free Zone, Ajman Free Zone, and more.
- Manage documentation and timely processing of new visa applications, visa renewals, cancellations, and work permits.
- Assist clients in business bank account opening, coordinating with banks to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Prepare and submit applications for company trade licenses, business registrations, license renewals, and other legal documents.
- Maintain and track records of all government transactions.
- Keep management informed on changes in government laws and regulations.
- Represent the company at external meetings with ministries and other government entities when required.
- Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, agreements, and other official documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, company formation, and government procedures.
- Familiarity with major free zones (IFZA, SHAMS, RAKEZ, Meydan, SPC, SHAMS, DMCC, AJman Freezone, etc.)
- Experience in assisting with business bank account openings.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong networking with relevant government authorities.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional, discreet, and reliable with high attention to detail.
