Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all visa processing, labour contracts, Emirates ID, medical tests, and employee documentation for Mainland and Freezone authorities.
- Manage GPSSA registrations, cancellations, and monthly updates.
- Liaise with government departments including MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Freezone Authorities, Ministry of Economy, and others.
- Ensure timely renewal of company trade licenses (Mainland & Freezone).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Law, Freezone rules, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit all relevant applications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking for all PRO-related activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (Minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of both Mainland and Freezone regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of GPSSA procedures.
- Experience in trade license renewal and company setup formalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
