We are seeking an experienced and licensed Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle all government-related processes and ensure full legal compliance for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all governmental transactions, including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, work permits, Emirates ID, and labor contracts.
- Liaise with various government departments such as GDRFA, MOHRE, DM, DED, Civil Defense, Immigration, and other authorities.
- Ensure timely processing of all company and employee documents to avoid penalties.
- Maintain and update records related to government transactions and company licenses.
- Assist in the renewal of trade licenses, permits, and other corporate documents.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and company compliance requirements.
- Represent the company in official government-related meetings when required.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of GDRFA, MOHRE, and other relevant government portals and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Immediate availability to join.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
