Job Title: Procurement Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support our purchasing and supply chain operations. The role involves sourcing suppliers, placing and tracking orders, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate procurement records. Candidates with MEP or construction industry experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source suppliers and issue purchase orders.
- Track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records.
- Assist in negotiating supplier terms when required.
- Support the procurement team in day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet project requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ procurement experience (MEP/construction preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP/procurement software (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Integrity, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have attested educational documents.
- Immediate availability is required.
Experience:
- Procurement & Purchasing (MEP): 3 years (Required)
- ERP/Procurement software: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Tagalog (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
