Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Procurement Manager with specialized knowledge in Aluminum and Façade Systems to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier selection to negotiation and delivery, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely sourcing of materials and subcontract services for façade projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies specific to aluminum and façade systems.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers/vendors.
- Issue RFQs, review quotations, and conduct cost analyses for major façade components (e.g., aluminum profiles, cladding, glass, brackets, fasteners).
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to understand material requirements and technical specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project timelines.
- Manage procurement budgets, track savings, and optimize sourcing processes.
- Ensure materials comply with project specifications, quality standards, and certifications.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and performance evaluation reports.
- Manage contracts, payment terms, and logistics coordination.
- Mitigate procurement-related risks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of procurement experience in the façade, aluminum, or architectural systems industry.
- In-depth knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding materials, and glazing accessories.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with international procurement, Incoterms, and logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
