We are currently seeking a Procurement Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape procurement to join our team for a prestigious landscape project in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage procurement activities for landscape materials and services.
· Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project team to ensure timely delivery.
· Prepare and track purchase orders, submittals, and approvals.
· Maintain accurate procurement logs and vendor records.
· Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically in landscape or construction projects.
· Strong knowledge of local and international suppliers for hardscape, softscape, and irrigation materials.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage long-lead items efficiently.
