WUPEX is seeking a motivated and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role. The Product Development Manager will lead initiatives across market research, product management, R&D, and sales — with a key focus on identifying new suppliers and negotiating agreements to expand our digital gift card product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Drive research and development efforts to innovate and improve product offerings.
Manage the full product lifecycle — from ideation and sourcing to launch and performance analysis.
Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers for digital gift cards and related products.
Schedule and lead meetings with prospective suppliers and partners.
Negotiate supplier agreements and ensure terms align with Wupex’s strategic goals.
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and tech teams to ensure smooth product integration.
Monitor market demand and ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or supplier management.
Strong analytical and product management skills.
Proven experience in market research and R&D.
Excellent sales acumen and a track record of supporting revenue growth.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.
Background in e-commerce or digital products is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
