Responsibilities
- Partner with client innovation teams, digital units and executive stakeholders to define GenAI product strategy aligned with business goals and sector-specific needs
- Translate AI potential into product roadmaps, MVPs and scalable rollouts — across both public and private sector organizations
- Lead discovery workshops and opportunity mapping in high-value use cases for energy, healthcare, retail and government
- Collaborate with global EPAM engineering, data science and design teams to ensure robust, compliant and impactful delivery
- Ensure data privacy, localization and ethical AI practices are built into product design and implementation
- Guide clients through AI adoption maturity — from first pilot to enterprise-wide integration
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, in AI/data-driven solutions or enterprise platforms
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development or digital transformation in one or more of: energy, healthcare/life sciences, retail, Financial Services or government
- AI Practitioner Working experience of GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs) and AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment
- Strong client consulting skills — you can communicate AI value to business and technical audiences
- Familiarity with Middle East regulatory frameworks, sovereign cloud or sector-specific compliance (e.g., healthcare data privacy)
- Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural delivery teams across business, design, data and engineering
Nice to have
- Prior experience with UAE-based or GCC-region digital programs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock
- Arabic language skills (not required but a plus)
- Previous exposure to government digital transformation or smart city initiatives
