We are a fast-growing tech startup seeking a proactive Operations Intern to support daily operational tasks essential to our platform, including some marketing-related activities. Strong English communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Event Setup
Configure and update events on the app daily.
Ability: Attention to detail
- User Support
Assist with common user inquiries and provide basic support.
Ability: Good communication skills and self-motivation
- Data Tracking
Monitor and collect operational data; generate basic reports.
Ability: Proficient in MS Office software
- Activity Coordination
Help organize and execute platform activities, including promotions.
Ability: Time management
- Marketing Support
Assist with basic marketing tasks, such as preparing content for promotions or supporting social media initiatives.
Ability: Creativity & Communication
- Team Support
Assist with other operational tasks as needed and coordinate with different departments.
