We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Production Assistant to manage livestreaming, recording, editing, and equipment operations for our growing media platform.
Position Overview
As a Production Assistant, you will take charge of operating livestreams, managing recordings, handling post-production editing, and working directly with guests and clients in a studio setting. Candidates should be confident with audio/video equipment and content editing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate video, audio, and lighting equipment for podcast production
- Manage live streaming across platforms (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Edit podcast episodes using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Organize files and manage publishing workflows
- Set up podcast studio equipment before recording sessions
- Communicate professionally with podcast guests and internal teams
- Ensure technical quality and brand consistency in all episodes
- Assist with short-form content creation for social media if required
Requirements
- Familiarity with video/audio recording equipment
- Working knowledge of livestreaming software and editing tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Presentable and comfortable working in front of or with clients and guests
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms
- Availability in Dubai with readiness to start immediately
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of camera angles, lighting setups, and microphones
- Experience with YouTube Studio or podcast publishing platforms
- Any language fluency (Tagalog, Arabic, French) is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment
