Production Manager (Perfume Industry)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven 'Production Manager' with a minimum of 7-10 years within the perfume industry. Must be familiar with the production processes for CPO attars, EDP perfumes, Deodorants, Cosmetics, Bakhoor, and Oud muattars. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production cycle, from Production Planning, ensuring timely and cost-effective manufacturing while maintaining high standards in Quality Control (QC) and Research & Development (R&D).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the production floor.
- Perform production planning activities, ensuring alignment with inventory levels, customer demand, and capacity constraints.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Lead the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimal production downtime.
- Hands- on experience with 'New Product Development' projects.
- Coordinate with QC and R&D teams to ensure product quality.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Optimize resources, minimize waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehouse, and logistics.
