Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of video, animation, and 3D production projects from concept to delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including animators, editors, designers, and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the production process, ensuring professional communication, clarity, and satisfaction.
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans, working with creative leads to shape visual storytelling direction.
- Monitor quality control and provide creative and technical feedback to ensure production excellence.
- Lead internal production meetings and status updates, maintaining clear documentation and follow-ups.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines, technical specs, and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a directory of freelancers, production houses, and post-production resources.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a production or creative agency role
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
- Proficient in animation and 3D software (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender)
- Strong understanding of animation and post-production workflows
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to work beyond regular office hours when required
- Strong client-facing communication and etiquette
- Leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
