Responsibilities:
- Oversee fabrication and welding works in line with production schedule.
- Hands on experience on structural fabrication and fit up works.
- Knowledge in MS office. (Basics of MS project)
- Coordinate with quality team to ensure work is done as per standards.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and material availability.
- Liaise with the drawing office and site team for technical clarifications.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and daily progress tracking.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in structural fabrication and diesel tank works.
- Should coordinate with design/drawing office, QA/QC team, and production manager.
- Basic knowledge of drawings and standards.
- Report daily activities, material needs, and manpower efficiency.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
