A reputable and established steel fabrication company based in Dubai is looking for a qualified and experienced Welding Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication and proven leadership skills in managing welding operations.
Position Details:
- Job Title: Welding Supervisor – Structural Fabrication
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month (based on experience) + overtime
- Work Schedule: 8 hrs/day and 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily welding and fabrication operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and welding procedures
- Review fabrication drawings and assign work accordingly
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and lead a team of welders and helpers
- Maintain accurate documentation of work progress and material usage
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Welding Supervisor in a structural steel fabrication environment
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc) and fabrication methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Good communication and team leadership skills
- Age preference: Below 40 years
