- BS in Computer Science
- Proven experience in IT and digital fields
- Proven Smart island Implementation Experience
Desirable:
- Master’s in information systems
- Yellow Six Sigma
Essential:
- 8 years’ experience in IT Program Management
- Proven Smart Island Implementation Experience
Desirable:
- 5 years’ experience in managing an ITIL service desk
- 2 years’ experience in change management procedures
Essential:
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong Project Management skills i.e. MS Project
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Proven working experience as a project manager in Digital Technology
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong service skills in managing relationships
