Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Worksite Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on our sites. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Positions are contingent on contract award
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all on-site activities.
· Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
· Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries.
· Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager.
· Resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
· Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks.
· Maintain accurate site documentation and reports.
· Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Site Manager, Construction Supervisor, or similar role.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Relevant certifications are a plus.
· Practical experience in one or more of the following:
Electrical Systems
Plumbing and piping
Metal and Structural works
Drainage and waterproofing systems
