We are seeking Project Assistant who are able in managing client enquiries, coordinating documentation, and assisting in preparing estimation for construction and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to build a career in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to client or consultant enquiries (email, phone, in-person).
- Collect and organize project-related documents such as drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with the estimation team to prepare and submit pricing, quotations, and tender documents.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing project communications.
- Follow up with vendors/subcontractors for material and service quotes to support pricing.
- Assist in preparing cost comparisons, pricing sheets, and summary reports.
- Update internal databases and assist with project tracking.
- Support the project and site teams with document control and coordination tasks as needed.
