Job Title: Project Coordinator - Façade
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to grasp project requirements and objectives thoroughly.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and technical assessments to ascertain the most suitable façade systems for individual projects.
- Develop meticulous design proposals encompassing schematic drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders to orchestrate the smooth execution of projects from inception to fruition.
- Supervise the preparation of construction documents, including shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation instructions.
- Conduct on-site inspections regularly to oversee progress, identify potential issues, and ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Offer technical support and guidance to installation teams throughout the implementation phase.
- Efficiently manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to attain project milestones and deliverables effectively.
- Act as a proficient liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors to address any technical queries or concerns promptly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in façade engineering to foster innovation and continuous enhancement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in façade engineering, with a specialization in design, analysis, and construction of intricate façade systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and other pertinent engineering tools is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills, including adeptness in task prioritization, deadline management, and risk mitigation.
- Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Qatar.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building certification programs is desirable.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for site visits and project meetings.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
