Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Telecom Project Coordinator (Female) to support our Telecom and IoT projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing projects, coordinating with stakeholders, handling documentation, and supporting business development activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and excellent communication to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination:
- Manage and monitor telecom/engineering projects from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with standards.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare, compile, and submit pre-qualification documents, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Maintain project-related records including contracts, technical documentation, and progress reports.
- Track project bonds, insurance, and other compliance requirements.
- Sales & Business Development Support:
- Assist in deal registration, sales lead tracking, and pipeline follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Support company participation in exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Director on project and business development activities.
- Liaise effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in telecom/engineering project coordination (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of project management, documentation, and tender processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English; Arabic is an advantage).
- UAE Driving License preferred.
- Must be available to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
