Job Descirption:
TMC General Contracting is seeking for an Project Coordinator - Construction with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by coordinating resources, managing schedules, and maintaining open communication between all clients and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, tracking milestones, and updating stakeholders on project progress.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance reports.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on-site.
Qualifications:
- Proven capability to effectively manage and excel under time-sensitive and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
