Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring resources and timelines are aligned with project objectives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, schedules, and progress reports, to ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.
- Track project budgets and expenses, recommending cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Lead technical meetings and discussions, simplifying complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable tasks for team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field with a solid technical background.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in construction or steel contracting.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant engineering licenses will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in project management and design software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
