Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager with expertise in interior fit-out projects to oversee end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out works, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all phases of fit-out projects from planning through execution and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
- Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Lead project meetings and site coordination efforts.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure safety standards are met on-site.
- Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Resolve technical issues and escalate when necessary.

- Salary and compensation will be finalized during the interview process, based on performance and relevant experience.
