Job Description:
Al Ikhaa Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to delivery.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare detailed project reports for management and clients.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with 3-5 years in the UAE.
- Proven expertise in design & build, warehouse construction, villas, and manufacturing projects.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Extensive knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong network of market and client contacts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end project processes.
