JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation : Project Manager - Construction
Job Purpose : responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to completion.
Department : Technical
Reporting to : Directors
Working Conditions : Office / Site (if required)
Salary Range : 15-18 K
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop project plans, define scope, and set project timelines to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, financial updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of materials, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to drive efficiency and performance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays to keep projects on track.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and contract management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong financial and budgeting acumen.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Job Responsibility, Authority & Accountability
l Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
l Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
l Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
l Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
l Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
l Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
l Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
l Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
l Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Preferred Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
· Minimum 10-12 years of experience
· Minimum 8 years of experience in UAE

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
