We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in swimming pool construction and outdoor project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of project delivery — from planning and coordination to execution and handover — ensuring high quality, budget control, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete construction of swimming pools, landscaping, pergolas, and outdoor structures
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Supervise site activities to ensure work is progressing as per approved designs and timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control at all stages
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design/engineering teams
- Track project costs, prepare progress reports, and ensure projects stay within budget
- Handle technical problem-solving and decision-making on site
- Ensure safety standards and compliance with Dubai Municipality and other regulations
- Lead and motivate the site team to achieve excellence in workmanship and project delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing swimming pool and landscape construction projects in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of pool systems (MEP, filtration, waterproofing, tiling, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple residential villa projects simultaneously
- Experience in handling materials, labor teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills
- Proficient in reading CAD drawings and technical plans
- UAE driving license preferred
- Based in the UAE with transferable visa or ready to join immediately
