Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial development projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, legal, marketing, finance) and external contractors/consultants
- Conduct risk assessments, quality checks, and resolve project-related issues proactively
- Ensure all development activities comply with legal regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate project status to senior management and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and execution standards
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, government authorities, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in real estate development
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction and development projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and construction standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field (PMP certification is a plus)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage cross-functional teams, and meet tight deadlines
