Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including design, procurement, execution, and close-out phases.
- Should have Abu dhabi Municipality approvals.
- Should have experience in roads & infratsructure .
- Should know company vehicles management.
- Lead project planning sessions and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project performance and progress, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Resolve project-related issues and delays and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage site teams, ensuring clear communication and delegation of tasks and responsibilities.
- Ensure adherence to contract requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure construction standards are met.
- Oversee project documentation, approvals, and handover processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP Certification, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification (preferred).
- Minimum 8–15 years of relevant project management experience in the construction industry, with at least 3–5 years in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, authority approvals (Abu Dubai Municipality, ADM, Trakhees, etc.).
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is Must.
