We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in luxury villa construction and architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing high-end residential developments, ensuring top-tier quality, precision, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution of luxury villa developments from design coordination to handover.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors to deliver unique, high-end architectural outcomes.
- Oversee site operations, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure that construction quality, materials, and finishes meet luxury standards and client expectations.
- Handle procurement of specialized materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labor teams, and technical staff.
- Ensure that all safety and environmental guidelines are strictly followed on-site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience managing luxury villa or high-end residential projects in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong understanding of architectural finishes, high-quality materials, and design execution.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
